Judging criteria
The winner of this award is an equine SQP who has consistently demonstrated a high level of knowledge, enthusiasm, professionalism and passion for the industry to their customers and the wider equine community.
What to include in your entry
We want examples of how you promote best practice and offer tailored advice to equine customers. You should also provide evidence of how you keep up-to-date with learning and how this knowledge benefits the business you work in. The judges are also looking for evidence of initiatives you have introduced either in your place of work (such as upskilling colleagues) or innovations that directly benefit customers.
