Judges' Advice
We particularly invite self-nominations as experience suggests these lead to more complete entries. Testimonials to support self-nominations are, however, very valuable too.
When writing your entry, we strongly encourage you to look back at the “what to include in your nomination” and ensure you’ve addressed all the points. Answer all of the questions: conciseness is welcomed but a single sentence will usually not fully address the points.
If entering more than one category, tailor your entry to each category rather than submitting the same entry more than once.
Look to provide examples and evidence of outcomes – what did you do, and what was the impact? Did customer behaviour change, were customers happier, was the store more profitable, did other staff react positively, etc.
