Judging criteria
Providing high levels of customer service is essential. It benefits the business the SQP works for & is also essential in maintaining the image & standing of the profession.
What to include in your entry
We want examples of how you promote best practice and offer tailored advice to customers. If relevant examples of how you have dealt with difficult customers and / or customers who ‘think they know best.’ You should also demonstrate a commitment to encouraging customers to invest in preventative measure where appropriate.
